Attach the weight, 3 weight plates and brackets with hex bolts and nuts. Place protective decals on the inside of the weight hangers. Slide the tube over the top portion of the boot. Thread the tube into the upper chute support counterclockwise. Use two wrenches to tighten the hardware. Install the boot rod mount using the 7/16” nuts. Use a screwdriver to ease the pin into place. Align the cover tabs and slide the mounting pin through the tabs to secure the top cover. Step 10: Snap the top cover support in place. Step 9: Snap the upper chute support in place. Using both 9/16” and 1/2” wrenches secure the hanger with two carriage bolts, washers and lock nuts. Secure the vertical support with a carriage bolt, washer and lock nut using both 9/16” and 1/2'” wrenches. Slide the vertical support onto the mounting bracket. Using both 9/16” and 1/2'” wrenches to tighten the hardware on both sides. Secure the adapter bracket to the hitch adapter. For ZT1 models place 2 washers between the adapter and the hitch bracket. Step 5: Install the hitch bracket adapter. Use a 1/2” socket or wrench to remove the hardware securing the hitch bracket. Install the 12 rubber pads into the adapter bracket. Step 2: Start by laying out the parts of the double bagger. This helps ensure the machine doesn't start accidentally and cause you or those around you harm. Remove the ignition key, disconnect the spark plug ignition wire, and engage the parking brake. Turn the mower off and make sure the engine is cool. Place your mower on a flat, level surface. Step 1: Prepare your Ultima zero-turn mower for maintenance. Always be sure to check your operator's manual for detailed instructions. Depending on your model, the instructions in this video may vary slightly. The tools needed for installation include two 9/16 in.
